9. Refund Policy and Guarantee
Once you've become Active after your trial period, from the time you start, you'll have a full 30 days to use your IFL account as a customer, and not as a free trial. If during that first 30 days of using your active account, you're still not satisfied, then just use your administrative dashboard to cancel your account. If it's within that first 30 days, you'll get a full refund for your set-up fee and first monthly charge.
